CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: A 25% deposit is required to confirm reservation dates.
50% of deposit is refundable up to 60 days prior to scheduled arrival. Full payment is required 60 days in advance of scheduled arrival. 50% of the full payment is refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. For reservation cancelled less than 30 days in advance of scheduled arrival: 50% of full payment will be refunded in the form of a re-scheduling certificate which is valid for one year from the date of issuance. An additional 25% of the full payment will be refunded only if cancelled space is rebooked.
